Allyson Nicole Felix was born on November 18 of 1985 located in Los Angeles. Paul Felix, the father of Allyson Michelle Felix is a minister who was ordained by Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix works as a teacher of primary schools in Balboa Magnet. Felix had an early aptitude for athletics when she was in high school at Los Angeles Baptist High School. Felix discovered her athletic ability at the at the time. Felix finished second in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships within just 10 weeks following her very first tryout. Felix finished her high school year in 2003 and was signed by Adidas a contract as an athlete in professional competition. In the following year, she attended University of Southern California studying elementary education. Felix received her first Olympic prize at the 2004's Summer Olympics In Athens Greece. Felix ran 200 meters in 22.18s and set the new world junior record. In the 2005 Helsinki World Championships, Felix became the world's youngest champion for running 200m. She won the title in 2007. defended her title by beating Jamaican rival Veronica Campbell. Felix was consistently at the top of the podium throughout her events in the Olympics held in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
