Big Time Rush is an American boy group that is specialized in the field of pop. The band was founded in 2009. The group is made up of Kendall Schmidt and James Maslow along with Logan Henderson and Carlos PenaVega. In 2009, they signed with Nick Records before moving to Columbia Records. They appeared on Nickelodeon's television show, Big Time Rush. From November 28, 2009 until July 25 2013 the show was on air. The pilot episode included "Big Time Rush" the group's first single for promotion. The group released three studio albums: BTR in 2010 and Elevate (2011) as well as 24/Seven (2013).
